User reviews

Love the app, but bugs have to be fixed

I have been using this app for over 5 years and even purchased the full premium access. Unfortunately, I can no longer access the premium content I already paid for, and many of the videos are no longer available to me.

The training insights and explanations have always been extremely helpful for improving my understanding of tennis mechanics and what to focus on during practice. The content itself is excellent, and I genuinely love the app.

However, it is very frustrating to lose access to features and content that I have already paid for. I hope this issue can be resolved, as it significantly affects the overall user experience.

Why can you only use it on one device

It’s a great app because Jez is the master of teaching movement, conditioning and strength in tennis. And for him to break down his technique in this way is fantastic because I can’t play my old DVD’s I had him on.
However you can’t contact the app developer any more because the site has expired and it is completely ridiculous that you can’t have this on your phone and iPad when you’ve paid £50 for it. If I had known that I would have downloaded it to my phone not to my iPad because then I could have used it as a better resource with players on court. Surely that can be changed?
