Ticket Issue
I’ve already paid for the ticket and successful. When I want to view ticket, it stated that complete confirm with issue and had to contact customer service. No one answered my call! PLEASE FIX YOUR SYSTEM, and DONT PROMOTE PEOPLE TO INSTALL YOUR STUPID APPS IF YOU’RE NOT STILL SOLVEING THESE PROBLEMS!

The boarding pass at the paid tickets sections are not updating, you can’t find your recent purchases there. The counter even have the audacity to look at me like it’s my fault. Fix the stupid issue in your stupid app.

Cannot find ticket, and the seat i book already double book when i want to sit, need to sit at order seating (billion star express bus to ipoh 2/4/2023 (3.30pm))

Boarding pass missing
I have bought online ticket using the app. I couldn’t find my boarding pass from the ticket page. It’s hustle for me to go and check email for my boarding pass. Not everyone login their email everyday especially when boarding. Please make it more user friendly.
