About

TermPilot is an SSH and Mosh terminal for iPhone and iPad, built for developers and sysadmins who look after servers away from their desk. TERMINAL A fast, accurate terminal with full color, text selection and copy/paste. Open several servers at once and switch between them with tabs. Mosh keeps your session alive across Wi-Fi and cellular hand-offs and sleep; Auto mode uses Mosh when the server has it and falls back to SSH when it doesn't. TMUX, NATIVELY See every tmux session and window on a host at a glance and jump straight into one. Long-running jobs keep going on the server while you're away. SFTP FILE BROWSER Browse the remote filesystem as a tree, preview files, upload and download, and create, rename or delete files and folders — side by side with the terminal on iPad. TOOLBAR, MACROS & SNIPPETS A customizable key toolbar puts Esc, Ctrl, Tab and arrows under your thumb. Save commands as snippets and multi-step sequences as macros, and run them with one tap. VOICE INPUT, ON DEVICE Dictate commands with WhisperKit speech recognition that runs entirely on your device. Audio is never recorded or sent anywhere. SYNC ACROSS YOUR DEVICES Hosts, groups, snippets and macros follow you between iPhone and iPad through your own iCloud account. Passwords and keys sync through iCloud Keychain when you turn it on. MORE WAYS TO CONNECT Password and SSH-key sign-in, Tailscale hosts, Coder workspaces, and SSH servers discovered on your local network. BUILT FOR IPAD AND KEYBOARDS A sidebar layout on iPad, and full hardware keyboard support with the shortcuts you expect. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account, no analytics, no tracking, no ads. TermPilot connects only to the servers you add; the developer runs no server and receives nothing. Credentials are stored in the iOS Keychain. Free, with every feature included. Requires an SSH server you can sign in to. Mosh needs mosh-server on the host.
