Very hard to find information
When you get notifications from the app and click on them, it doesn’t open it up to that message or event. Then, it’s very hard to find them on the app. Nothing is where you think it should be and it’s very hard to reply to messages or add meetings to your calendar. They should at least have an “Add to Calendar” button.
