Very clunky
When introduced- it was amazing / over time the functionality looks old and slow
Unintuitive
This was really frustrating to use. On the day, the process of inviting team members as exhibitors was really clunky. It resulted in all our team being “visitors”. The line of people on the day experiencing the same problem was huge. It was then impossible to export leads from all team members on the app. Completely invisible and unknown as to why or how to fix it. Chat was absolutely miserable unfortunately. I had to go onto the desktop version after some googling to sort it out

Need improvement
Should have ability to enable attendees connect with other colleagues attending, share events, invite them in to schedule, show parallel events in a parallel layout etc
Crashing for fms2026
After trying to connect with someone, it crashes every time I press the attendees & network button
Bad app
It doesn’t work
Barely useful
No way to hide past sessions in the agenda so endless scrolling to get to later sessions.
Map is unusable. Too difficult to navigate on mobile. No way to find by stand number

Recruitment director
Absolutely love it, comprehensive, responsive and super easy to use.
Clunky
Too many clicks forward and back from scanning
Confusing
Confusing
Very hard to find information
When you get notifications from the app and click on them, it doesn’t open it up to that message or event. Then, it’s very hard to find them on the app. Nothing is where you think it should be and it’s very hard to reply to messages or add meetings to your calendar. They should at least have an “Add to Calendar” button.

Broken
Still 2024
No daily view for multi day events
Challenging to scroll through the full list of 50+ daily activities when youre looking for day 2 or day 3 schedule.
Automatically sets your full calendar as available for people to book unplanned events on your calendar. Chat/messaging not quick to access

Rating
Good functionality and metrics.
Senior principal
The app does not work well, messages don’t show, no way to see who I sent a connection request apart from going through the list. Bugs everywhere
Terrible.
See above.
Constantly trying to update
Hate the app would prefer a printed prospectus
Workflow problems
Notifications are not marked as read, messages neither and notifications sometimes don't work. As a result I check messages multiple times (wasteful) and overlooked important meeting invites.
Waste of time
Awful app, absolutely terrible app and useless.
Horrible app
So frustrating to pay an enormous conference fee only to experience a sub-par app environment for networking. Connecting with colleagues was nearly impossible in the app, scheduling climate and disorganized. There is no way to see your full schedule of appointments or define your availability. Really abysmal. Come on, up your game or get out of the game Terrapin!

“Confirms” meetings that haven’t been accepted
Displays “confirmed meeting” with the photo and name of the invitee, even when they’ve not responded or accepted (but a colleague of the inviter has). Nuts.
