Should have ability to enable attendees connect with other colleagues attending, share events, invite them in to schedule, show parallel events in a parallel layout etc

After trying to connect with someone, it crashes every time I press the attendees & network button

Very hard to find information
When you get notifications from the app and click on them, it doesn’t open it up to that message or event. Then, it’s very hard to find them on the app. Nothing is where you think it should be and it’s very hard to reply to messages or add meetings to your calendar. They should at least have an “Add to Calendar” button.

Workflow problems
Notifications are not marked as read, messages neither and notifications sometimes don't work. As a result I check messages multiple times (wasteful) and overlooked important meeting invites.

Awful app, absolutely terrible app and useless.

So frustrating to pay an enormous conference fee only to experience a sub-par app environment for networking. Connecting with colleagues was nearly impossible in the app, scheduling climate and disorganized. There is no way to see your full schedule of appointments or define your availability. Really abysmal. Come on, up your game or get out of the game Terrapin!

“Confirms” meetings that haven’t been accepted
Displays “confirmed meeting” with the photo and name of the invitee, even when they’ve not responded or accepted (but a colleague of the inviter has). Nuts.

Unable to search for the event I’m attending.
Not user friendly and difficult to navigate
Networking requests and navigation is clunky… difficult to navigate schedule. Overall tricky to use which is the opposite of helpful in busy events
App usability
App is stable and doesn’t scan and record all contacts - several that I thought had been scanned not been logged
