They got me!
I used to play $10 per hand and would get multiple 4 of a kinds throughout the day. I even got plenty of 4 aces without kicker that paid $2500! All of a sudden things changed. 4 aces now pays 1600 instead of 2500 and I even recently deposited and played $6k and did not get one four of a kind! I politely reached out to support multiple times about a player account review and have not received one response. When I said I had an issue with my card adding money to their account they answered immediately. By the way, this app has nothing to do with the actual Terribles casino players club. Real gaming just uses their name on the app because the actual terribles casinos are a delight. They give me $1600 in monthly freeplay! Proceed with caution!

Great game play you always win
Free play all the time if the game freezes during a bet and restarts you get that money back within 24hrs. I haven’t won in a awhile but when you do you win big

I’ve been playing this game for a long while. It can pay well. I play on all of the Wager options $1-$10 (mostly $5 & $10) and back when it was only $1, $5, $10. As of late the game is intermittently debiting all but $1 of my wager without dealing the cards. The wrongfully debited amount is NOT returned. On a $10 wager!? That’s $9 to dust for nothing- This is a BIG deal! Especially when happening frequently. Always on very stable 2Gig WiFi and newest iPhone.. I have reached out to customer support getting the automated reply that a ticket will be opened and responded to within 72hours. I receive NO reply via email to these tickets. On 2 occasions I did receive a reply direct in chat crediting my account a very small amount compared to the countless “ghost debits” I have experienced.

At first when I downloaded this app, never won anything they offered me $40 free play I did win some money. But then lost some, won some after a couple hundred dollars still losing don’t keep gambling after you get some

I put $250 in my wallet. Now I am locked out and can’t access my funds. When I attempt to log on, I get “invalid credentials” message. I’ve tried resetting my password and the game won’t let me. It’s impossible to find a help desk or resolution as I cannot access the game. Extremely frustrating that they took my money and I can’t sign in! BEWARE if you put money in your wallet!! I’ve filed a complaint with the Nevada Gaming Board.

Scam can’t cash out
Did the $40 for $20 free. Got charged 5$ for processing deposit. Played through the $20 and $40. Generic error cashing out over and over. Can’t take any money off. No support anywhere. It’s the scam you expect. Horrible pay tables with no flush or straight. Comically bad.
