by far the worst transit app i’ve ever used. useless 90% of the time because the buses are never on schedule and that’s all the info you get because the live feature is never working, but there’s no other way to know when the bu bus is coming unless you by chance happen to open it in that 10% of the time that it’s working properly.

The bus is mostly not on time. They skip timings in summer. And the app doesn’t updated anything. Tracking is wrong or doesn’t work at all.

The shuttles are never on time and the tracking is basically useless. The busses definetaly need live locations for this app to work properly

The listed bus times are never accurate and always being cancelled. I would say 50% of the time the posted bus is always cancelled.

No more live location?
Live location based on GPS no longer seems to work in the app even though the data is available through the BU BUS website. Makes the app pretty much useless since the buses don’t seem to follow the posted schedule

App, nor the online live view, shows exact location of bus. One time I left school at about 9:40 to go to the bus 5 minutes before app showed it would arrive, and the bus was already all the way down the street having been at the stop before the app showed it would be. Had to take an Uber home. This is a common issue that happens to me and my classmates :(

Not accurate at all
Both the app and the bus itself are not accurate at all. Even the first trip in the morning which is suppose to start at 6:30am, it’s rarely on time. It feels like a lottery. The app just never works.

Been using this app since 2020. Conceptually, it’s good but functionally, it’s awful. I would rate 1 star but gave 2 stars because SOMETIMES it works. UX design needs to be improved. Things that frustrate me: live location not always updating, stops don’t show up in favorites even though I add them, difficult to add some of the stops to favorite. Please learn from Google Maps.

terrible bus service don’t know how they expect us to get to class on time. All the busses are out of service and take breaks at the same exact times. Not enough busses in general.
Even worse now
Please, PLEASE fix the update alert pop-up that there’s a new version or new info about winter break schedules. It’s helpful once, maybe twice at most. But it pops up every time I open the app or even just while using! I’m about to stop using the app out of frustration, which is a shame because it’s otherwise great and I like the live location feature. Please fix this!

The worst bus ever
I am a bu student but there’s no way to let me say anything good about this bus. Always delays and I am either in a super hot weather waiting or a freezing winter waiting. Thx for our students. The money goes to someone’s pockets
Update alert won’t go away
Mostly a good app. But the giant “new version available” banner keeps popping up. Ice apart updated and restarted my phone, opened and closed the app, etc. It’s really annoying, please fix.
Needs less features
The UI is quite confusing since it has lot of options. As a user 1. Don’t know how to use them 2. Are they actually needed? Needs simplification.
