Do you have to buy all 5 stages or if you buy stage 5 does it unlock all stages?

Each stage is separate, that way you can pick and chose which features you want. Stage 1 and data logging is included with app purchase. Thank you.
Does not work for me
I have the wiring harness installed and an OBDLink MX+. This setup works with the Android “Scan my Tesla” app, but this one seems to just have a bunch of wildly flailing numbers.
I got the OBDLink because it is supposed to be the most supported one, but perhaps it isn’t supported by this app?
Update: I completely missed that this does not support the Model 3 yet. I am told it is being worked on now. Looking forward to the update.
