I bought a token physically can’t see it. Don’t know what I own, just a very long code. No idea value.

Frozen on Get Started

App doesn’t seem to function. Tried deleting and reinstalling, but it will not advance past this screen.

Thanks for the feedback. This issue is fixed in an upcoming update to the app, which will hopefully be released very shortly.

Stuck on “Get started”

I had to pay for this application twice.
It’s now stuck on “get started“ with no button or dialogue to proceed. It had worked in the past, but that was when I had only one Tesla car.

New API Tokens, 2FA Support, Yay!

I was using the Tesla API key to support my Homebridge deployment, but adopting 2FA and the new token structures broke things for me.

The newest version of Tesla Token is significantly improved, providing both the long-life (40d) token and, helpfully, the refresh token. Thanks to the developer for working on these improvements.

It also supports my Google Authenticator-based 2FA. Yay.

I also like that this goes straight from the Device to Tesla using their login redirector, so it’s not being aggregated elsewhere.

If you need a token for Tesla, this is more than worth the money.

Works, but...

Requires you to set a passcode on your phone. Let the user decide what level of security they want, don’t force it on them. It’s not handing out nuclear codes, it’s a Tesla token.

This issue has been resolved in version 1.2 of the app.

Simple security

If you have heard that you should use tokens for your logins to third party apps and sites that access your Tesla data but you don’t have a clue how to do that then get this app. It is a very simple but functional app. Thanks for making it.
