I'm on level 41 on Bus Craze
I didn't get my coins yet for level 40
where are all the rewards
I used to open the rewards section and there would be a large selection of rewards. Now there is nothing! What’s up with that?
Disappointed,not recommended!
Points stopped accumulating on multiple games.Contacted tech support, sent screenshots. After week of silence, sent a follow up request to resolve the issue. Again nothing.
Meanwhile, all the time i kept playing the games, so there should substantial amount of points,which i guess i will never receive.
Not recommending to use this app unless you are ok to be left with no support when issues occur and you spent all this time playing with no reward.

Not what I thought
I downloaded the app, it only had 1 game to download and play. I wanted more of a choice. I didn’t want to download or play that 1 game. I deleted the app.
WTF
I was searching up testerup apps so I start scrolling down and found this game and it had the little cloud which was weird because I had no memory of downloading so then I leave and go back and the cloud is the download button somehow so I go to the Home Screen and it’s download it’s self?

Curious why
Curious why every few months it completely conks out and stops being able to open. So then I have to Delete it completely out of my phone and wait a few days and redownload it. I’m sure you can see how many times I had to delete and redownload. Do you do that because ya make money off a when we download the app ? If so that’s some slick ahit

The bad part about this app is that when you clicked on the app. It goes blank to the main screen. Like it’s freezes or something. Otherwise it’s pretty good and the money pays fast to the next level.

Complete FRAUD!!!
I’ve completed all tasks on a game and I’m not getting my credit for it. Tried reaching out to support with requested screen shots and got an email asking me to submit screenshots. I resent and the response was they couldn’t help me. The credit for the last task would result in a $50 cash out. Should have known it was too good to be true.

Initially paid out small amounts but then quit giving men credit for tasks completed. And no response from customer service
Help a big problem
As I was playing a certain game, I go to check back to see my progress and everything was fine until I see there was no more games to play, so I’d re-downloaded this app and it never saved my progress and now the app is saying suspicious behavior, can I get my progress back, the app was fine because the app refunded my payouts that never sent, I don’t know what happened, this is a nice app and I don’t want to stop because this.

Points missing for new games
****. Giving 5 stars to make sure this is seen. Still no resolution and even new games are malfunctioning. I have reached out to support through the app multiple times and nothing. I get an email requesting information that I have already sent and still not fixed. To be honest I have had better luck with BestPlay. If TestEmAll addresses the issues and fixes the problem and gives me the points owed I will change this. But until then my review will stand!*****. I’ll start by saying that I really enjoyed this app prior to the problems. There was a continual issue that either new games that are downloaded through the site or games that once receive points are not receiving points as they should. I have emailed I have provided pictures and proof and all the information they need and I still get no response from customer service to correct the issue. This is forfeited my daily goals several times. The new games and I’m speaking of are the jelly hole game and the towel sort puzzle and these were brand new games. I will come back and update my review if these items get fixed. If not, I may think about having to go to BestPlay, which so far I have had no issues with.
