Waste of time
I have played this app for months and it’s always the same thing coins stop collecting. I have two games that owe me about $120 in coins. I have sent tickets to have this resolved over and over to have no response from support at all.its beens weeks of trying to get this resolved. So if you like wasting your time then this is the app for you!!!!

ONE STAR REVIEW
I used to LOVE this app, but within the past year it has completely tanked for the worse. Insane amount of problems lately with games not paying out what they claim to be rewarding but instead of working to FIX that issue, customer service/support is literally non existent now. I have emailed 4 separate times, all different games having issues with paying out the rewards. not ONCE has anyone from their support teams bothered to even reply to my emails. this app is a total scam

Win tracking never works
I only gave it five stars so people would actually see this review because this app is a fraud! I have played numerous games and everytime I go to check the tracking of my wins, it never registers or keeps track of my winnings so I never get the money I should have gotten! It's happened with three games now and I always access the game through this app ! Such a rip off !

Fraudulent App
I played and reach all goals and stopped accumulating coins. When I reached out, they were unable help. TWICE!!
Customer service doesn’t answer
I get the points. I’m able to redeem them for rewards. One of the goals didn’t register as me getting the points. I’ve been hitting up customer service for weeks at a time. They have not responded to this request so for that you get a one!
Super easy to understand and win for product testing
I started with the arrow game and already love how simple it is so progress in the app and after a few months I’m sure I’ll be rewarded for product testing I think this is a fair app everyone unemployed should download it
Scam
They’ll pay first few low rewards level and when you get to higher level that pay more, you stop receiving your rewards. 7 games that have not been fully paid off. I reached out to them through the app, through their website, through trust pilot, through their main office. Crickets, or automated messages that are not responding to the queries, or automated messages that asked for screenshots (that were already provided), and after providing again, they ask to reopen a ticket during business hours (even though it was initially opened during their business hours). SCAM!

I used to open the rewards section and there would be a large selection of rewards. Now there is nothing! What’s up with that?

sempre funcionou normalmente, mas de alguns dias atrás ele simplesmente não abre mais: quando você acessa o app ele abre por apenas 1 segundo e já sai sozinho, nem mesmo aparece na aba dos recentes abertos.
Disappointed,not recommended!
Points stopped accumulating on multiple games.Contacted tech support, sent screenshots. After week of silence, sent a follow up request to resolve the issue. Again nothing.
Meanwhile, all the time i kept playing the games, so there should substantial amount of points,which i guess i will never receive.
Not recommending to use this app unless you are ok to be left with no support when issues occur and you spent all this time playing with no reward.

Not what I thought
I downloaded the app, it only had 1 game to download and play. I wanted more of a choice. I didn’t want to download or play that 1 game. I deleted the app.
WTF
I was searching up testerup apps so I start scrolling down and found this game and it had the little cloud which was weird because I had no memory of downloading so then I leave and go back and the cloud is the download button somehow so I go to the Home Screen and it’s download it’s self?

Curious why every few months it completely conks out and stops being able to open. So then I have to Delete it completely out of my phone and wait a few days and redownload it. I’m sure you can see how many times I had to delete and redownload. Do you do that because ya make money off a when we download the app ? If so that’s some slick ahit

The bad part about this app is that when you clicked on the app. It goes blank to the main screen. Like it’s freezes or something. Otherwise it’s pretty good and the money pays fast to the next level.
