Notifications doesn’t work for Premium, however slots appear in the app
Premium - Cannot change centre
I selected some centre for my new booking. Turns out these are London’s busiest centres. Now I want to select different centres. But once you have selected them in the app you cannot change them.
This means I’m stuck with these busy centres and no bookings are available.
These is such an easy feature to add.

It’s impossible to book a test/cancellation through this app. Every time when you try , test is not available or you’re having problems to get in and by the time you get in, it’s gone. Also noticed that notifications being sent are late as well.

No test coming up before my test date as I’ve set the settings to show test before my test date and is only showing dates after my test even though I’ve specifically set my app to not show me that .
Auto login does not works and availability notifications does not appears on many occasions
When i bought the premium subscription- i got a few notifications early on but every time i would try to book the appointment it would show error as not available anymore, in literally less than 30 seconds. The auto loging never works, i have to login manually every time. If you are seeing this review, save your money, this app does not helps.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD. The app is slow, confusing and a waste of money. No clear instructions, a fight to get the test cancellation and a human verification that isn’t all the reasons you should NOT download this app, just a few.
