Two Business Days to Complete Transaction
It took two business days to complete a simple CAN to Naira transaction. To worsen the situation, the customer service rep would not be honest about anything. Kept saying they have not received my funds. I provided evidence of debit as requested by them, provided INTERAC reference number, even provided a reference number by my bank… yet they kept saying same thing- we have escalated, we will make a statement soon. Complete lack of transparency and integrity.

Holding my money
It’s been more than 5 hours since I made an urgent transaction. My money is being held, for 5 hours, it’s been about network, glitch, I will recieve it shortly and they are working on it. It’s been 5 whole hours of not getting my money. I’ll have to escalate this issue.

Sent money for the last 3 days still pending. These guys shout be reported for money laundering and investing with customers funds. Stay away
Thieves
Sent money with this app this Saturday gone and still not received the money in my Nija Opay account today. Sent a message to their WhatsApp they basically washed their hands of it and blamed Opay, Opay too blames them. Needless to say I will reporting Tetrad to Uk financial ombudsman, Opay in Nija can probably get away with anything as they operate in a lawless country. I need to deleted both Tetrad and Opay from my phone not willing to get stuck while waiting for money that I needed as an emergency nor am I willing to give away my money to fraudulent tech companies. £100 gone down the drain to useless thieving companies.

I’ve been using Tetrad since it first launched, and I can honestly say it’s the best cash transfer app out there. It’s fast, easy to use, and the rates are really competitive. I’ve recommended it to everyone I know.
Long delay waiting for verification of new password. Still waiting after 90 minutes
Still waiting for code to land in my email inbox. Not in junk mail either. This is the 3rd time trying to use this providers service. Even with the name change still the same story. Disappointed.
Absolute disaster - winding down my relationship with Tetrad now
Dreadful experience. I initiated a transfer from the UK on 1 Nov and my account was debited.
Believe me, until today about midday 4 Nov my account overseas has not been credited. But worse still, all messages on WhatsApp have been totally ignored, unread and not even been acknowledged even up to this moment.
I am quite convinced I should now explore other options!
