More than 24hrs, they didn’t return my money, they are scamming. And they are slow, downloading the app doesn’t worth it! I deleted it with my money inside!

These people are thieves .. they refused to pay me back a transaction which has been returned to them by my bank .. I’ve told them about how I want to pay my daughter’s hospital bills with it .. they just turned a deaf hear and referred me to a robot who keeps asking me to send my payment reference over 10!times over … don’t use this app .. they are scammers !

Pending transaction
I initiated a transaction over 14hrs ago, and didn’t get my deposit back.
Their customer care team are not responding to my messages.
This is not the first time this has happened to me and I don’t know why they have been doing this.
I’m very disappointed.

Referal Bonus
I previously left a 5-star review for this app because of their great rates and fast transfers, which I genuinely appreciated.
However, I’m now giving the referral bonus program 1 star. It feels unethical to promote a referral bonus and then avoid paying users who clearly meet the requirements. I referred two people who transferred well above the stated threshold, yet when it was time to receive the bonus, my messages to support suddenly stopped getting responses.
This is very disappointing. It raises concerns about what would happen if I had a serious issue with my transfers — would I also be ignored?
If you’re not prepared to honour the referral bonus, it would be better to remove it entirely. Your competitive rates and smooth transfers are strong enough to attract customers without misleading promotions.
