Great, when it works…
The app is great… when it works. The issue that I’m having is that I constantly need to sign back in when I pull up to a gas station—I never needed to do that before. And even though I sign in with my phone number, I have to do it multiple times just to sign in to my account. It’s very annoying, and it needs to be fixed.
I’ve also gone as far as deleting the app, and re-downloading again the issues still persists. It seems that the only way I can stay logged in is IF I leave the app running in the background and don’t close it out completely. Not acceptable.
Please if the login issue for those with iPhone 13 Pro Max on iOS 26.5

To chevron and Texaco company’s
I stated using chevron and Texaco fuel card at first I didn’t know how to get my reward points . until one time next fuel ed time I walked in to the store and asked the cadhier hiw to get my reward point and I kniticed it was automatic rewarded besides I got a a drink and some cookies with my purchased if 55 dollars fuel but one thing I had forgotten my chevron and Texaco reward code finally I had found it niw I carry it in my wallet for next time fuels. I m glad I got chevron and Texaco fuel card when ever I need I even if I go far no matter when and where I got my back il for emercy . When I run out of cash money chevron card and Texaco are there when I need it most. Thank you chevron and Texaco.

Good grade of fuel and I like the quick start pumps . I just wish we got more points per gallon. So they would accumulate faster.
No Virtual Support
Unlike competing gasoline apps, the Texaco/Chevron apps cannot be used with virtual phone numbers.
Does NOT work
It has been imposible for me to get the code via mobile to start my account. Right mobile number, but NEVER receive a code. I’ve tried so many times that it tells me to try again in an hour

Only reason I downloaded this app because I was told I can save $.25 off a gallon each for my next 5 fills, and immediately I’m only able to get five cents off one fill! It’s fkn stupid and hope no one else tries to entertain this bullsh
Fail to create an account
When I open the app it asks for my phone number to send me the code for verification but it never arrives. Please fix so that i can create the account

I love that I don’t have to look for my card or type in my zip. I just pull up my app, select the pump # I’m at, select payment, lift handle, select grade an fuel up. I like adding my points up to get $ off a gallon. The coupons help save an earn points.

Can’t use an app that won’t let me in.
The app has refreshed evidently and requires me to “Sign Up” or “Log in”. It asks for my phone number, sends me a verification code, then tells me that only one account per phone number is allowed. Huh? I’m trying to set log into my existing account, but being prevented from passing in my credentials.
When I key in my phone number at the pump, it tells me I have an “invalid carrier”. Huh?? T-Mobile is the largest carrier in the country.

Bad fuel pumps that take away your points with no discount
Little to no rewards
About a year ago, I stopped using this fuel credit card rewards app, because it never actually give discount at the pump, and the points? There was none at all. But now there has been an update and there’s an actual fuel points to earn, and 3 cents discount at the pump. But it took over a year for Techron to actually give discounts at the pump and fuel rewards point.
