The app is very easy to navigate and find what you need. Also, the customer service team is very helpful and responsive. I love the app!
Unreliable
Mobile deposits do not work. App will say deposit was successful yet deposit does not show on account. Mobile deposit history button does not work anymore. You cannot see your history of deposits made. Having to call the bank every time I make a mobile deposit to make sure they show the deposit was made is ridiculous. Very disappointing this issue hasn’t been fixed. What is the purpose of offering mobile deposit on your app if it doesn’t work?

Really Nice. Could be way better
Everything is really nice about the app the only things that I don’t like is that there are no quick transfer options from your account to an external account. An external transfer in or out of your account takes days. And they don’t work with CashApp at all. And that’s a real bummer for me. And they also don’t have their own credit cards so I have to go elsewhere to get a line. But other than that everything is really nice and one thing that I really like in particular is that I have the ability to hide my savings account. It makes it way easier to save money with me not knowing what’s inside of it.

I changed to TCB after some new banking practices out there began to de-personalize my banking experience at my old bank and worse yet, at times cut me off from my accounts and my money. I have had no such problems with Texas Capital Bank or the app. I get personalized services, can talk to and even meet with human beings who know who I am, and the app works seamlessly. Great experience.

I have been banking with bankdirect (now known as Texas Capital Bank) almost its inception. As it has grown, it has become even better. It has the best banking app all backed up by a friendly and knowledgeable staff.
Tired of the 2 step log in process
Even after registering my iPad numerous times I still have to do a 2 step process to log in to my account almost every time. Annoying
Balance transfers or check deposit
Should show the balance transfer right away from account to account within the branch. echeck should show pending at very minimum when deposit into your account.
Transaction linger
Unable to see real time transactions when transferring money from my main account
