App and Password
Received an error message just now when trying to access account. Account is never up to date. There are other banks where you can automatically see your balance and transactions automatically once you use either your account in person or when using your debit card. Password usage should be at 6 months instead of 1-3 months. Having to change the password gets old very quickly.

Very slow
This app is very flaky. Make 2-3 payments and it gets stuck in loading mode. Try to edit payees, more loading forever. Close app and start over. Same thing again. I hate it! Going to the web page used to work but now says my browser doesn’t accept cookies. But it does and did before latest update. What a mess and yet I still let you guys handle my money. Losing confidence fast!

Takes a while....
It takes a while to update my balance.
It’s been saying I have a certain amount in my account, yet I’ve used my card a couple times and it’s not showing the transactions or updating my balance.

I've used this app and have friends who use it, it's a great app I've never had any problems
