Update required but requires an OS version which my phone does not support
I have been using their app for a while and then all of a sudden it tells me that an update is required but when I go to update it it tells me that I need an OS version which is not supported by my phone.
What a joke. You need to hire developers which are willing to put in the hard work and figure things out and not just go with the latest and greatest libraries which end up screwing your loyal customers. I have managed many software engineering groups and this is simply not acceptable.
I guess I will be switching banks.

Fantastic customer service!
The women at TGB saved me from falling for a super-realistic scam, and I will be forever grateful to Zatavia in Angleton for recognizing and escalating the situation to her supervisor, who subsequently ended the rouse. I don’t know of any other bank or credit union who would care or even recognize something was amiss. Thank you, TEXAS GULF BANK, for being outstanding, I am sold on being a loyal customer!
