Zell is not easy to use. And cannot go back to see the “note” or reason for the payment transfer as in other simulator apps. Would like to use Venmo if possible n

Don’t like that I can only deposit a certain amount and Zelle only allows me to send a small amount too. With a business account I need to be able to have more room to send money

I always get kicked out, and it never lets me sign back in stating my username or password is wrong. When I call customer service I gave them the same information and it works
Always a Hassle.
This app lacks the functionality expected from any banking app. I’ve used banking apps for years, with small credit unions with zero tech support back when it was simply an HTML site basically pasted into an app package, and those still had higher functionality than this application does today. For example: TRB customer support offered me the solution of just logging in on the safari app instead if I want to view transactions that occurred more than 30 days prior. Or perhaps you’d like to know your account number and routing number. Or perhaps you’d like to make a wire transfer without running into blockades or restrictions or them simply asking you to use the Zelle app. I wanted to use a local bank for business but now I’ve got to go transferring everything back to Schwab or Chase or some bank that actually offers reasonable functionality. Such a headache with this bank, the entire time.

Great App, But…
The TRB app is a great app but it’s always every time I need to check my balance it gives me a message saying unable to validate your info when I use the correct password and username. It happens so often it’s flat out annoying

When is it going to update so Zelle will work with Texas regional bank!!!!! This app needs a lot of work. It constantly says login credentials aren’t valid when indeed they are. So frustrating with this banking app.

I love the bank, but the app is horrible! Please update! I’ve been getting a message that says “You do not have network connectivity” when I am connected.

The only bank that treats me like I belong!!! Great people .... great attitudes! They know you!! You feel it!! I have had banks all over the United States but this is truly great one!!

Only bugs I've seen is where it says there's an error sometimes, and it happens a lot at night.
Other than that I use it all the time, check my balance, transfer, etc.
