This current and most recent version of the app is much more tedious to use than the previous version.
—The previous version would keep you logged in every time you open the app, like any other app should do. This one logs you out every time you close it.
—The previous version would automatically pull up past orders for easy reordering. You must log in for this feature on the current version, every single time.
—The previous version saved payment information for easy checkout. This current version does not even have this as an option and even after logging in, you must manually type in your payment information every single time.
It makes no sense how the previous version had all these user-friendly features, but this one doesn’t. I’ve checked all the settings on the app and there is no option to either keep me logged in or save payment information. Removing these features has, a few times now, made ordering at a different restaurant the preferable choice simply due to ease of access. It’s a simple fix, either revert to the previous version or add these features to this version.

APP doesn’t work
Short and sweet review. Can’t get past create a profile. It gives an error for passwords even though I’ve retyped them several times.
Where’s the menu?!!
I can’t look at the menu to order unless I create a delivery or carry out. What’s up with that?

I like the app but it would be better to have it to where the order is tracked!

Unable to create an account. Says google can’t locate my address. Idk because my address is on google maps. So I can’t earn points. That’s the only reason to use food apps.🤷♀️

Great App & Great food
I love that it’s so easy to place orders. Would like to be able save my card information since I order so often and would like to be able to include tip in payment but doesn’t bother me enough to stop ordering.

Great food and delivery also! What more could you ask for. I haven’t had a philly cheese steak this GREAT in years. Keep it up!
App is buggy
App shuts down in middle of order and doesn’t save anything you already added to your cart. Often app can’t geolocate my address so wont let me make delivery order, sometime simpler to just call them on the phone.
Great App for Great Food!!
I love this app almost as much as I love the food. I love that it actually saves my favorite orders. If I had any suggestions they are minor such as making it so I can add a tip at payment or place a payment method on file. Minor inconveniences that I can live with, but would be helpful if added. Thank you for an app that works!

This place is amazing.
I love ordering my steaks from there! They are the most delicious quick steaks in Texas. I absolutely hate the app but I continue to order just for the food. Food I rate five stars but app I rate two.

Saved Credit Card Not Working on Carr
Have card saved. But when checking out, the app shows no credit card. You have to enter the card info with each order.

“Cash” Option
Would like a “Cash” option in the payment block. Other than that, the store in Abilene, Texas is always on point. Last year, the driver forgot our gal of tea. The manager brought out two gallons immediately, with a smile on his face. Great people.

Select Cheeseburger, then you have to add that you want cheese.

Hardest working crew of people I ever saw!
The Texas Steak Express crew on Illinois Avenue, Midland,Texas, is the hardest working bunch of people I have ever seen, and it sure shows in the consistently superb quality of their food and service! LOVE their steak dinners, and i am drooling over my cell phone as I head towards my car to pick up one now! BRAVO Steak Express!
