Needs a complete rework
I love the idea of an app where you can see a bunch of information about you with your university. This app tries this, but honestly it’s terrible. It constantly signs you out, it can be unintuitive and frustrating to use, and it’s a glorified web browser with most features. The only thing I could say you should use this app for is seeing your schedule, and even then you’re better off just typing your schedule into calendar or notes. Not to mention just how split up everything is for Tech with the app. I mean seriously why have an entirely separate app for the dining bucks. At the very least let me add my student ID to the Apple wallet so I can have that option in case I forget my ID in my room. Do better Tech. This app is subpar at best.

Crashes Every Time
If you like signing in again and again because an app crashes and logs you out every single time you click a link or try to check your academic calendar, this is the app for you! Could have been a real help for our first year student if it actually worked. You would think being a stem school with an entire tech department they would prioritize fixing their main app.

Never works correctly
I always check to make sure this app is up-to-date before opening. However, this app never works correctly and glitches-out a lot. Upon signing in and going to Business Services, I get bummed out every single time. The other tabs work, but not the main one I need. This issue has been happening for over a year. Seems like it should be an easy fix for computer department. This could be a great app, if all the selections worked.

Not Good
Tried this on my iPad and iPhone. Once in Raiderland, it won’t allow you to scroll or anything. It just freezes. Tried on 3 devices.
Locks up every time
I have updated, deleted and messed with the App and it is horrible. I can log on and then it freezes every time. Ridiculous
Not a prime time app
Crashes frequently. I’ve contacted and called technical support multiple times. One would think a major university would fix the crashing problems. I have no idea how much was spent to develop this app but because it crashes so frequently, it’s basically useless.
Mobile resources unavailable
This app crashes when trying to access anything from mobile resources.

Constantly getting kicked off.
Says login successful
I updated the app and now every time I try logging in i see a white screen that says “login successful” but when I remove the white screen I’m not logged in.

Great app but not useful
Grades can be accessed on the blackboard app. At least that app doesn’t ask you to sign in every time you close it. Don’t see a reason to have this sitting on your home screen
Add Dining Bucks inquiry to app?
I love this app, but can you add the ability to check your Dining Bucks balance under the “Dining” area? And maybe the ability to add funds to the account? Thanks!
Map is terrible
The map portion of this app that is suppose to take you to where ever you need to go on campus is rarely helpful. I have ended up lost more times than not because of it, much easier to ask someone for directions instead.
Has potential
This app has potential but it has way too many bugs and it almost feels like the app has already been abandoned by the developer

Logs out
The app itself works great. But it is quite repetitive having to log in every time. Along with logging me out, it glitches out of the app mid use after just 2 minutes. Very annoying problem

Which screen (or screens) are you on when it logs you out? Also, what device are you using? I would like to try and duplicate that problem here to find the root cause.
