It could be better if it would just remember my login with the face id instead of having to re-enter my password every couple of days that I don’t log in consistently

Wow, this app originally was decent. It is now just about perfect! It allows me to do almost everything I need to do without having to find the computer. Bill Faye is amazing as well as being able to check on past deposits checks, etc.. I just wish that I can open and close a CD from the app.

They don’t call back or Follow up
I am waiting for someone to call me back on why I am no longer able to make Mobile Deposits. I have been with them for almost 5 years and never had a problem until recently. I had another issue that was never resolved as well. Would like to know why there Customer Service has gone down hill?

I’ve had this bank for a long time and never had a problem with the app. After the new update, more and more options are being taken away, such as transferring to another member and Zelle. This is ridiculous, why “fix” something that isn’t broke?

I swear it’s always something wrong with this app or the bank every other month. The most frustrating thing ever. Especially when I need access to make a transaction I find out at the last minute the app is having issues or the bank randomly blocked my card without sending an email or notifying me why they did that. I hate it
