Credit union has gone downhill
They won’t let you transfer your money out of your accounts over $5000. Even after waiting on the phone two different times, talking to them and confirming the amount I needed to transfer (and them saying it will work only after “the end of the business day”) and them telling me they removed their limitation of $5000… it still doesn’t work. Other credit unions don’t seem to have this difficulty.

App needs work.
The credit union in itself is perfect. Wish the all developers of the app can fix the app never loading. I’ll have 4 bars 5g and full bars wifi, 100mbps. And the app still took 30 minutes to load in. In fact, I blame the app developers for making me go negative, because I couldn’t look at my checking account quick enough to move money over.

Font is too small, too hard to read, no contrast
The only thing readable is the actual account balances. Everything else is impossible to see. It really needs to allow you to stretch it open so you can see your transaction information and to be able to fill in the bill pay and loan pay forms. I cannot read it on an iPhone SE or an iPad mini...I often have to guess if I’m on the right line of the form or not. Why hasn’t anyone else noticed how small and tiny this is on an iPhone SE? Or does everybody use it on a computer or a giant iPad rather than phones and minis?
Latest update, July 2021... I do not need to see my own name on every single account. I don’t need to see all that crap on the top line above my account. Please go back to the original text screen. You still haven’t fixed the font size or stretchablity.

Seems to be good.
The app works well. The only thing I see is when I make a partial payment it doesn’t register and still asks me for the whole payment on the due date. Other than that it seems to work well.
