Update
I love the app and before the tech update I had my notifications on for deposits but since they upgraded everything and even though I have all my notifications on, I do not get notified of any deposits or withdrawals anymore and it’s quite upsetting. Will update to 5 stars when the notifications do push and email are FIXED

I opened up an account with Texoma Community CU about 5 yrs ago and they have treated me like we are actually family. My banker Derek is an awesome person,he makes lending so easy,and has always made it possible for me to get what I need. Texoma bank is absolutely the best and the rest of the staff are extremely helpful.

New app is way better
Looking forward to the app not going down as often
I need bill pay
The old mobile app was user friendly and I could find anything I needed right away. Now I will incur late payment fees, all because my dashboard is missing bill pay. Not fair at all, the IT department should never have released this version until every aspect was worked out. What now?

The updated version of this app is horrible. They should have left the original layout alone.

Main issue; takes too long to update balance after using it. Whether an online bill, or paying at a register

Keeps telling me my application is to old but there isn’t an update
Can’t view bank balance.
This bank thinks it’s okay to just be like “oops our bad” when the app is constantly down sometimes for days..and now the phones are even down without any way to check bank balance. Save time and bank with someone else..I know I’m about to.
Can’t even use the app
Always says can’t connect to data base this app always doing that what if I need gas to making it home….
Not Working for me
It is a very nice banking app, my issue is every time I log out, it resets so I cannot use Face ID to unlock my app. This wouldn't be a problem if it kept my username atleast. But since I can never seem to remember my ID numbers, I cannot get into my app when I am out and about until I get home to find my folder with my ID number on it.

Works well but resets.
My app no longer uses Face ID and resets every time I log out which is highly inconvenient. The banking feature work as they should but I do not like creating a new password every time I need to log in on my phone, especially when there are no issues logging in to their website on my laptop.
Frustrating
The camera won’t orient to photograph a check. Can’t even lock the orientation and get it to cooperate. Mobile deposit is all I can do since I live 2 hours away.
Needs to be updated
It will not load for hours at a time. Needs to be fixed.
