Cancelled but still charging

I cancelled this before the trial was up. Now when I try and install or update any other app it wants a new card so it can charge me 10.69. I cancelled it and deleted the app so why is it still trying to charge me? I can’t update anything because when I do it wants me to add a card that it can charge and I refuse. Please fix this.

So now you want me to pay for something that isn’t on my phone? This app was deleted when I cancelled. Now that you charged me I can’t update or install any apps until I pay. I don’t have the service and it’s your company that is blocking it. Please fix this. You are messing with my money.
