I have been scammed by this app . I paid for the number for $39.99 and it can’t send or receive messages please refund my money
“Free trial” is deceiving.
I am less than 5 hours into my 3 day free trial and I already am unable to access my texts. Guess we all know I’m not paying for a subscription if this is how they operate. So the free trial isn’t even free.
DONT USE
I already went through here with support and they said theyd credit my account but i want to cancel my active subscription. But they wont let me no matter how many time i reach out. I canceled the payment and the subscription through the app store and apple but it says the subscription is still active. Im assuming you guys need to cancel it so its actually canceled. I cant redownload the app and cancel it though there because the purchase wont go through so my account is locked. This is URGENT! I NEED my account back. PLEASE just CANCEL my subscription PLEASE. I BEG.

I did the free trial and now they have been trying to charge me for three months. I cant even update my apps until I pay. I hate you

This app is a scam I subscribe the year plan which is $39.9 and I could only get 100 coin once it finish I had to watch ads and stuff yet having issues with sending and recieving pictures I thought a year plan should be as it is there they just took my money off for nothing

App is LITERALLY A scam! Everybody is having the same issue with this app in the reviews section. I cancelled the subscription and deleted the app and they charged me $40 out of nowhere and refuses to refund me. They’re even lying about what the app has to offer. You can’t even get verification code messages through this app. Seeing that I deleted the app same day, what’s the problem with refunding me? It’s not like I used the services and then requested a refund. I deleted same day and months later gets charged $40 that they won’t refund back to you! I don’t even write reviews but I wouldn’t wish this on nobody else! I’m not just a mad customer out for revenge, No! THIS APP IS A 100% SCAM HANDS DOWN!! I wouldn’t recommend this app even if it was 100% FREE!

It doesn’t even offer a free trial tried to see if it would for my sister..now it has me -$42 on apple.even after u deleted it and trust i tried multiple apps and this was the worse..it’s jus trying to take you money

Why was my number removed while I have an active subscription? Can my previous number be restored?
