My wife is an accountant and I help her with marketing and customer engagement. We started using Textellent 7 years ago. It works well with our tax prep software and helps us stay in touch with our clients year-round. We love the automated messages that make us look great to our clients while saving us time and energy. Nowadays, we feel business texting is an essential tool for any business but it wasn’t so when we started so many years ago. I use the app on my computer, on my iPhone as well as on my iPad. Extremely user friendly business texting service
My parents have been using this service for many years. I have been assisting them provide customer service to their customers using this tool’s web interface. They released their mobile app recently and I love it. It works so well on my iPad. I often use predefined, so-called canned messages. Makes it super easy for me to respond to customer inquiries.
