Perfect Business Texting app for a TaxPro
My wife is an accountant and I help her with marketing and customer engagement. We started using Textellent 7 years ago. It works well with our tax prep software and helps us stay in touch with our clients year-round. We love the automated messages that make us look great to our clients while saving us time and energy. Nowadays, we feel business texting is an essential tool for any business but it wasn’t so when we started so many years ago. I use the app on my computer, on my iPhone as well as on my iPad. It’s so easy to use. My clients appreciate the reminders for any missing paperwork and it ends up saving me time for not having to call them or email them.

Extremely user friendly business texting service
My parents have been using this service for many years. I have been assisting them provide customer service to their customers using this tool’s web interface. They released their mobile app recently and I love it. It works so well on my iPad. I often use predefined, so-called canned messages. Makes it super easy for me to respond to customer inquiries.

This tool is not only the best and most efficient time saver, but it allows me to reach more people and gives the people I am trying to reach an easier platform to schedule a time to talk on the phone. EMAIL is a dinosaur form of communication in most people’s personal space. Most people only check personal email when they expect one. With Textellent you can text them and give a specific time for them to check important emails. The most important part is that it’s convenient for both the sender and receiver. I LOVE THIS TOOL!!!

Has made texting and responding to my clients so much easier. Now I can use the app on my mac or phone to keep up with my business messages. Plus, I can schedule my messages to go out later, so if I think of something outside of business hours, I can quickly take care of it on the app
Great tool for text message marketing
We have looked into many different business texting services but nothing came close to Textellent. It has made such a huge difference in our engagement with our clients. Textellent has lived up to it’s name for the basic (expected) mobile AND desktop platforms. What has made Textellent a game change for our business are two things:
1) Ability to create text templates for frequently sent messages, which also customizes the customer name field
2) EVEN MORE USEFUL - the ability to post date a text that you want to send in the future!
Love this app and it keeps getting better with all of the updates.

Textellent just released their app and it’s AMAZING! Works just like the dashboard and is a total game-changer!
So Convenient
