Does not work as advertised
I want my money back. Tried a dozen different ways to get it to work, could get it to actually scroll through the texts, and found a desktop solution that captured everything I needed and put it in a pdf. Screenshots of my texts is not what I was looking for and it feels like a stupid inefficient back door that Apple makes the developer half to jump through to get remotely close.

perfect for documentation
Needed to document a harassment claim. This kept the emojis and timestamps perfectly intact, which was vital for the investigation.

This product is not as described. They got my $20 bucks and I got nothing.
Redundant with AI…
I thought this was an app to export texts from a long message thread on iPhone… they charge you $8 a week to manually take screenshots of every single text exchange. I can do this for free and upload those using Anthropic or another AI platform and it will do the exact same thing.

Hello! The app automatically captures all the shots and does far more than simply OCR the screens. It removes redundant segments, reformats content, supports dynamic export and printing, and more—features that aren’t possible with AI alone.

It misses messages, doesn’t record time and does not record emphasis (thumbs up or heart) or images.
Manual process
This is jot helpful at all, you have to say scroll up as many times as you have to press the top of the page which defeats the purpose of needing this app. It also glitched and started recording my voice and sent it in the chat which was horrifying - UGH! Waste of money

Hello! The app automatically captures all shots—you don’t need to say or touch anything. The app handles all commands for you. Please watch the in-app video tutorial. Capturing is effortless, but you need to read or watch the instructional materials.

Important messages saved
Kept putting off saving some really important old messages—ones from my mom before she passed and some funny ones with friends who moved away. Finally did it with this app. Feels good knowing they're not just stuck on my phone anymore.
Stopped working
While it wasn’t great to start with, meaning some of the content of the message didn’t download properly (ex. Pictures and screenshots sent) for the most it was ok and easy to use but after just 3 days now the app just keeps closing as is creating the file and it keeps failing so it’s useless. I re started my phone and the app many times and nothing worked.

Freelance client was saying "I never asked for that extra work" even though the texts were right there. Exported the back-and-forth to PDF with TextKeep, sent it over politely, and invoice got paid the next day.

No watermark issues
I tried the “free” export apps first, but they either crashed or added watermarks. The PDF looks normal when exported from this app and isn’t oddly formatted.

Had an issue where it wouldn't work on my old 11. Emailed support at like 1 in the morning and someone actually replied in under an hour with steps that fixed it. Didn't expect that. App's been solid since.
