Quick use
I only needed this app for a short time but I was impressed by its intuitive nature. For text messages, it shows the same time stamp for each message in the same day, as opposed to the true time stamp so keep that in mind. There are editing capabilities, which would be helpful if you needed to be more precise, but I did not.

Legal Use
This app worked wonders!! No screenshots necessary and I was able to make a very easy to read pdf with dates and all the info needed for court in minutes! That was going back over a year of messages! 10/10 recommend this app!
Custody Dispute
I have an abusive ex husband who has been in and out of my daughter’s life, and was needing to export my iPhone texts to get ready for a possible court date with him. This app was great in that it was easy to capture things with screen recording however, it did not write the texts in correct order nor include all the texts in my short video. Would be a nice cheap option for someone wanting to use it for personal reasons, but absolutely not up to par for any court case

Timestamp fix?
This app is very easy to use and the results are visually appealing. So much better than tons of screenshots.
In reviewing one of the pdfs, I noticed that the time attached to each text is the same throughout the conversation. If the conversation started at 10:03, all texts are tagged as happening at 10:03 even if the back and forth was over a larger timespan.

Great Idea; Terrible Quality
While getting ready for child support court I figured I would give this app a try. Yes, I will say that I did have a long export but even when I broke it town into sections I still had problems. After fact checking, I noticed things I know I texted located under the opposite party and vice versa multiple times. I went back and tried again repeatedly on my tablet and on my phone via screen recording but the same issues prevail. Maybe this works better by plugging the device in. When I’m able to purchase another laptop I guess I’ll try. Until then, the app is useless to me.

Still have to screenshot texts
If you’re trying to work on your phone you still have to screenshot all the texts and import them to the app. What’s the point of the app? I can screenshot texts myself.
DOUBLE BILLS YOU
They bill you double without telling you and scam you out of money. I’m trying to find a way to resolve this
Easy to use and very efficient
Just wanted to save a text thread that was extremely long. It did the job quick and easy.
Life saver
I had 200+ messages I needed to get copies of I have no idea of the time it would have taken. I am guessing total of 20 minutes scrolling was the hardest and it was nothing then TextPort took over put into PDF. I will say this may be one of the best tools for us to have.
