Great Idea; Terrible Quality
While getting ready for child support court I figured I would give this app a try. Yes, I will say that I did have a long export but even when I broke it town into sections I still had problems. After fact checking, I noticed things I know I texted located under the opposite party and vice versa multiple times. I went back and tried again repeatedly on my tablet and on my phone via screen recording but the same issues prevail. Maybe this works better by plugging the device in. When I’m able to purchase another laptop I guess I’ll try. Until then, the app is useless to me.

Still have to screenshot texts
If you’re trying to work on your phone you still have to screenshot all the texts and import them to the app. What’s the point of the app? I can screenshot texts myself.
DOUBLE BILLS YOU
They bill you double without telling you and scam you out of money. I’m trying to find a way to resolve this
Easy to use and very efficient
Just wanted to save a text thread that was extremely long. It did the job quick and easy.
Life saver
I had 200+ messages I needed to get copies of I have no idea of the time it would have taken. I am guessing total of 20 minutes scrolling was the hardest and it was nothing then TextPort took over put into PDF. I will say this may be one of the best tools for us to have.

You can just screen record and save opposed to this app charging you to do the same exact thing

It did just what I needed to keep a Text thread with my husband who passed. (I needed to free memory in my I-phone but did not want to loose our conversations)

The App doesn’t work
After downloading the app a minute ago, I attempted to open it on my 17Pro… while the app opens, it’s stays stuck on the screen with a pink scanner going up and down. There’s a continue option on the bottom of the screen that doesn’t work when you tap it. It’s unfortunate

This is very easy to use and you don’t have to sync your phone to a Mac or PC. Wish I knew about this one sooner!

I was able to go through instead of screenshot it after screenshot it after screenshot. I just downloaded this app scroll down recorded and it put all my texts on paper with dates and everything that way the DA couldn’t say I was just pulling text and screenshot it. I had the whole entire scroll.
Easy to use
The system was easy to use. Just scroll to your text with the screen recording. Give it a minute or two maybe five to process and then export as you like I chose PDF.

This app is terrible. It does not get the photos or videos. Also, of you have Apple Pay on your messages it does not include the amount. Additionally, there were several errors in the messages. Incorrect dates and time stamps.
