App doesn’t work
Very frustrating that I can’t use the wifi option on my aircon.

When always use my activation code it work after update it will not work TCLKT

My new air con is amazing but I particularly bought it as we have a smart home. To find the app and smart feature doesn’t work is so upsetting.

ICouldn’t activated my AC because I didn’t have the AC code so how can I Activated my AC.

Developers need to read previous review which said everything we need to use this app when outside. It’s absolutely useless as it is complete waste of time and effort

I persevered to get it working and I’m giving it 4 out of 5.
My Wi-Fi has 2 modes, 2.4GHz and 5GHz. My iPhone is usually on 5GHz. The device wouldn’t connect on 5GHz at all though, so I put my phone onto the 2.4GHz network and tried again. It connected first time. Didn’t have to “Reset the Wi-Fi” as in the instructions. I would give it 5 but I think that the instructions should say it will only work on 2.4 GHz.

TCL air con WIFI
Do not waste your money on this completely useless WIFI unit. Installed app three times. Click add devise a dozen or more times and it does not find unit. Re set WIFI on unit and still no success. A complete waste of time and money.

File compression error
Error trying to load app. File compression error and no way to discuss troubleshooting.
Make it work for iPhone X
Dear developer,
Please make the app scale properly on the iPhone X.
At the moment, I can't use the save or back buttons because of the way these are positioned on the screen.
I will change my review to 5 stars once that's done.

Air conditioner activation code
Activation code error
Very Poor app
After struggling to make the app see the A/C unit’s WiFi and connect to it ( had to uninstall and re-install 3 times) now it sees the a/c unit and can connect to it / control it BUT ONLY WHEN INDOORS ON THE SAME WIFI! So basic it’s like a 2 nd remote control - I don’t need that, I need to be able to control the a/c unit and it’s functions when I am out and about, just as the app description says it should do.
Unfortunately it doesn’t work as I tried many times and all I get is “ device is offline “ which is not true as i can see with the IP camera that is actually on.
