Hopeless app I have issues with sim binding and complained several times but no use just waste of time.

Not user friendly app, the security of binding sim is good but it always fails with no reason . Take example of other national and international banks apps.

Since two weeks I am not able to open the app in IOS.

Not able to open on iOS device, it states that app needs to be updated but when check in Apps Store not found any new update, it’s just popping to open the app. But app is not opening.

Session Time out issues
Whenever we attempt to download the account statement, the session gets logged out.
Amount not visible
Amount in the account is not visible in the app or even I can’t transfer amount to other bank it says insufficient funds error 51
Not even binding with the sim
Please release the older version it was better than this, this is not even working, I think the developers don’t even care because they are thinking no one will use this app, buy why they take money to develop this and leading their life without working…
