Complain gets closed automatically after few minutes without addressing the issue. There should be an option to the user to select if the issue is resolved or not. After solving the issue send a notification to user whether problem is solved or not, and give him the power to close the complaint.

The application runs slowly and provides limited information. We also do not receive a payment e-receipt via email. It would be better if you improved the user interface, ideally by getting it fixed by a reputable company.
