التفعيل فقط عن طريق رقم سعودي
لم استطع تفعيل هذا التطبيق الغير ذكي بدون رقم سعودى، طيب أنا خليجي زائر لماذا تجبروني على رقم سعودي وعدم الاكتفاء برقمي الخليجي أو الايميل او بدون رقم ؟ آبل باي شغال عندي .
طريقة التفعيل غير عملية وتعبر خسارة للمنطقة وأصحاب المحلات.

Very bad app
This is a very bad app. The company issues a parking fine but doesn’t provide a way to dispute the fine. They don’t have a contact number to call.
Machines on street, app and website doesn't work, but issuing 'fine' working
Humble suggestion check prices and functionality of your apps and machines. Ex: Bahrain market places - paid parking is opted by everyone not like us which are vacant everywhere. People are always trying to find parking in other streets because it's complicated to opt service from Thaki.
Doesn’t work
The app frequently fails to work properly, especially during the payment step, where it often hangs and prevents completing the purchase. Additionally, they charge extra fees for online purchases, which is unusual—most companies encourage online transactions by offering discounts, not additional charges. Lastly, they impose an expiry date on wallet deposits, which doesn’t make sense. A wallet balance shouldn’t have an expiration date like a ticket!

Needs update
Need to update the app to the latest iOS for iPhone. Current app version is not working at all.
Unprofessional
They are charging extra for online payments, which adds an unnecessary burden on users. The ironic part is that if you park your car in a non-designated area and try to pay, they will charge you for parking. However, an alternate app in Jubail, Mawgif, does not show parking charges for non-designated areas. Additionally, they are imposing penalties through the app and sending WhatsApp messages requesting payment, which I believe is not the right approach in Saudi Arabia. All penalties should be paid through a bank account and must be reflected on Absher.

Worst parking system
This parking app and system need serious improvements. Recently, I parked at a workshop thinking it was parking for the workshop itself, not realizing it was paid parking. I left my car there briefly with a friend, and in just three minutes, I was fined without any notification or grace period. This feels extremely unfair.
The app should alert drivers before issuing fines, maybe through a notification or text message, giving them a chance to move the car or pay. A 10-minute grace period would allow people to address their parking status without instantly being penalized. Not everyone can remember to extend parking on time, and sometimes notifications don’t come through, so this system just ends up punishing people who might be busy or distracted.
Also, towing cars and charging high fines without adequate warning or reminders is really unreasonable. The system should focus on fairer, customer-friendly solutions that help drivers comply, not just penalize them.

EXPENSIVE !!!!
They shud have at least discounted price once u choose the recharge option or at least they have the subscription option with less price i really think need to put the option of minimum of half hour some people ( like myself) would only stop for 15mins !!! An hour minimum is too much!! you guys simple want to rob the small citizens may allah punish these people 🤦🏻♀️

Unprofessional and non-responsive company working with unprofessional developer
So the app has many bugs but no one bothered to test it before launching… and to top it all try to call the help line to see if you ever get a person to talk to.. no reply to your emails … the only thing that is working in this app is “collect money”

Thieves
They will put penalty and then tow away your car and force you to pay. Even if you reach before they have towed, they will still charge for the towing. They will say that since they don’t have wheel lock they tow away. All lies and trouble to the public. Mawqif was so much better.
Unethical and predatory behavior
I went for a second to just grab my food, which I ordered online. It honestly took me half a minute to pick it up, since I paid online. I come back and find a ticket on my car. I don’t understand how this company is still functioning in the Kingdom. They’re criminals

تطبيق حرامي ونصابين وقفت خمس دقائق كاتلوج من محل بالدمام ولا يوجد أي لوحه تدل بأن الموقف برسوم يوجد لوحه فقط على موقف ذوي الأحتياجات الخاصه ولما خرجت من المحل لقيت الموظف توه جاي بيسحب السيارة وأنا طالع من المحل أقوله ماصار لي حتى ٥دقايق قال ادفع وبعدين ارفع شكوى ودفعوني ٥١٧.٥٠ريال سعودي ماقول الي حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل وعساها زقوم في كبدهم الحراميه ….
