App doesn’t work
Constantly stuck in buffer. Have to delete and re install so it hopefully works and lets you log in
Won’t even open
My Apple Thalamus app won’t even open and it’s during the peak of residency interview season. Now I have to long on with my laptop every time I want to look at the my schedule because it won’t open on my iPhone in safari (it requires the app which won’t work).
Missing feature
I’m a faculty member. If the website won’t work on a phone (with users directed to the app), make sure the app has the functionality you’re not letting me use in a browser. To wit, reading the applicant’s application materials is the essential feature for an applicant tracking system. #FAIL
Rarely works
Continuously logs out, sometimes won’t even let you log in if there have been any recent changes. They don’t allow you to access the normal website from a phone browser and require an app that doesn’t always work.
Terrible
This app doesn’t open at all. I tried many times but it just wouldn’t open.
Why ERAS
This is the glitchiest app for 3 simple reasons
1) It is impossibly difficult to login and stay logged in - screws with trying to quickly schedule interviews.
2) Who in their right minds thought the UI was anywhere near acceptable - absolutely nobody wants to scroll through every single option, or have to go back and manually decide which you want to see for the split second
3) Why would you put “schedule” as an option, and not put in WHAT YOU HAVE LITERALLY SCHEDULED

Absolutely Useless
This is my second application season attempting to use this app, and I’m extremely disappointed to see that NONE of the problems have been addressed this year. I still can’t see which applicant I am interviewing with during a time block, I can’t see any aspect of their application and I can’t even join the meeting from the link on the app.

Unusable App
Log in screen will not load and instead shows blank screen. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling which did not work. Doesn’t work with or without wifi. Closing and reopening app made no difference whatsoever. This app is horrible and an embarrassment to be used for something as important and time sensitive as residency interview scheduling.

Not opening
The app will not load. The app perpetually sits in a loading screen with a spinning wheel
Inconsistent
You can never tell when it’ll load or when it’ll keep you locked out in an endless loading cycle. Have to delete and redownload it multiple times just to get it, costing me precious minutes in scheduling an interview upon release.

Actually make the app work this is worse than trash. Does not load. Very disrespectful to residency applicants

Barely functional
Tabs don’t work. Difficult to read user interface. Dates of interviews don’t include months. This is pretty basic stuff for what is a glorified calendar app. If you’re going to force people using their phones to schedule interviews, there should at least be some effort to optimize the performance and experience.

App not working
This app no longer opens after the update. I have deleted and redownloaded and still not opening. We are currently in interview season this needs to be fixed immediately.
Please fix this terrible app
App signs you out everytime you close out of it, despite checking “keep me signed in.” Also fails to launch about 25% of the time and I just get a white screen. Why is this app so bad???
Never Works
I have yet to get this app to work successfully. It doesn’t even load. It’s extremely frustrating that a professional platform doesn’t have a functional app.

Its not even working anymore on new ios 18?
Buggy
The app stops working mid interview season. Never loads past the home page. Had to delete then re-install with hope of it working again. Online version just better.
Annoying to use!
It logs me out all the time to the point is super annoying to use. I’d rather just use my computer.
