Poor Experience with Thangamayil Gold Scheme
I joined the 11-month SuperGold Scheme at Thangamayil and requested the application form through the app. Even after 7 days, no one responded. When I asked in the store, they told me to start a new scheme directly at the store — the app is of no use.
I withdrew gold in the 10th month, but they didn’t give even ₹1 discount on wastage. If you buy gold directly, they give at least 10–15% off. But for scheme members, it's a waste of time and money. Other jewellery shops give 100% wastage discount for scheme customers, but Thangamayil gives only 75% and says that’s the best offer. Very disappointing service.
