Worst App ever build
This is the worst banking app I have ever seen, I am still struggling to even register past 1 week …!!! I work in mobile software though. The first step, why the hell the app asking to enable our location services? It is our privacy issue, and still I am not getting the SMS to enable the service ( all other bank SMS are coming) worst app.

Government Bank App but Feels like international Bank app
I was so surprised by tile setup of this app where most of daily use stuff are very well laid out . I was surprised that government bank app is so nice

Finally an app from
Indian bank that is very easy to use and get your banking work done in a breeze. Much better than net banking and surprisingly very well laid out with clear menu, information at once without drilling too much deep and excellent performance.

Subject: Serious UI/UX Issues and Theme Reset Bug in the New IndSMART App - Urgent Fix Required
Dear Indian Bank Development Team,
I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with the recent UI/UX design of the new Indian Bank mobile application.
As a regular user, I find the current color scheme extremely unprofessional and poorly optimized. A banking application needs to be clean, clear, and easy to navigate. Instead, the current vibrant and distracting color palette causes severe eye strain and makes it highly irritating to read essential financial details and transactions clearly.
Furthermore, there is a frustrating technical bug regarding the app's theme settings:
1 Theme Reset Bug: Every single time I log into the app, it forces the messy custom color scheme. Even if I manually switch it back to the "Default Theme" for better readability, the choice is not saved. I have to change the theme manually during every single login session, which is highly annoying and exhausting.
A banking app should prioritize functional clarity over unnecessary and poorly executed mobile UI experimentations.
I request the UI/UX and development teams to look into this urgently and provide a fix in the next update by either:
Reverting to a clean, minimalist, and professional color palette (similar to the older version).
Permanently fixing the theme preference bug so that the user's choice of "Default Theme" remains saved after logging out.
Looking forward to a swift resolution to this issue.
