Overpriced
They sell damaged or dated goods and it’s the same price as a new product on sale at the store. Also their VIP deals aren’t worth it, I was a day late picking my stuff up because I didn’t realize they changed their “open days” and they basically stoles an item I paid for from me.

Finally! Everything Works Perfectly Now!
The app used to have a lot of bugs, which made it difficult to use. But after the latest update, the developers have clearly put in a lot of work! Now, That’s Cheap! runs smoothly, with no crashes or glitches. The interface is more user-friendly, the speed has improved, and finding discounts is 100 times easier and more enjoyable!
Huge thanks to the team for fixing the issues! Now it’s truly a great app, and I highly recommend it to everyone!

Charged but still without access
Charged me on an auto renewal on 1/10/25 but app says I’m not vip. Contacted that’s cheap multiple times via email with no response. Scam.
Don’t make the mistake I made
This has got to be the worst company ever that puts up merchandise as new but offers no guarantee that what you bought is what your getting. So I paid for the membership so I could purchase what I thought were sealed Lego sets. I recently purchased the Lego Daily Bugleset from them for $220.00 roughly which appeared to be sealed but was carefully opened on seam and the bags making up the set were replaced with ziplock bags of garbage bricks. With no recourse. So stay away be smart

App doesn’t work
Useless app. Can’t scroll or navigate. The fact people were having this issue 7+ months ago and it’s still happening, I don’t see any changes anytime soon
APP DOES NOT WORK
When I try to enter my name to start the monthly service it, the app cuts off.
Soon as I get to the place to add credit card information, it just cuts off. You can't do it online at all. DO NOT GET THIS APP CAUSE IT WILL NOT LET YOU GET ANY DEALS BECAUSE YOU CAN NOT PUT IN YOUR CREDIT CARD BECAUSE IT KEEPS CUTTING OFF

The app directs me to enter the code but no code arrives even after trying two different numbers. Can't switch to email since my email is already taken tho I can't use the account bc I haven't entered a OTP
