Waste of time!

Charged for monthly subscription then charged me for single issues. Now logged me out saying I need to enter email and password never signed up purchased through itunes! Terrible

Restore purchases doesn’t work!

I’ve been happily using this app for some months but it seems the iTunes subscription feature isn’t recognized so it keeps trying to charge me 79p for each new edition. Please help!

Paying Subscription fees and 79p per magazine

I love That’s Life Magazine and am really pleased I can now access it online via the app. . However, I paid £2.99 for a 3 month subscription and I am then billed 79p per magazine. This seems like an error as if I buy the magazine I pay 79p in the store with no subscription fees. If this is not resolved then I will delete the app and revert to my weekly magazine.
