Rubbish

All I get for my subscription is a photo of Worcester Bridge and Worcester Cathedral!! There is no way to click on to read the newspaper!!! I have had this app for several years with no problem! but recently the ability to click on to Newspaper disappeared!! I was advised to close the app! And restart !!! No joy!!! IT DOES NOT WORK!!!!

We're very sorry to hear that you have experienced issues with the app not loading correctly. Can I please ask you to try uninstalling and reinstalling the app, as it sounds as though the app has become stuck on the loading screen. Using a fresh install should clear any cached issues that are causing this and allow you to access all app content again.

Just won’t accept my login

I subscribed with an offer for digital subscription and laptop works fine
The app just will not accept my login. The IT staff have been most helpful but I still cannot login.
I will probably not continue my subscription unless it’s improved

Thanks for your feedback - We're sorry to hear that you have experienced problems accessing your subscription within the app. It sounds as though there may have been a problem with your new subscription propagating into the system used to authenticate logins within the app. If you can please contact our customer service team at nq-digital.subs@newsquest.co.uk and ask them to check that your subscription is active within Martini, they should be able to get this resolved for you asap.

Works Well

The app now works well - certainly on iPhone and iPad. It gives you a facsimile copy of the printed edition with the ability to save previous editions if you don't get round to reading them on the same day. Given the decline in advertising revenue the newspaper itself has more "fillers" than in the past but still has reasonable coverage of local affairs. We are lucky still to have a six days a week paper in Worcester and it needs and deserves our support.

Can’t read any articles despite paying subscription

Given there is a decline in the readership of local papers, you would think a well made app for local news would be great. However, I cannot access any article on the app. The tech support is not helpful.

Can’t access since new version launched….

New app looks great but I haven’t been able to access it since it launched and despite multiple attempts over the last two days to make contact to flag this I have had no response. So I’m afraid it’s “nul points” from me.
