App and product issues
App really is hit and miss, lots of connection issues or buttons getting stuck on or off.
The insoles also only worked the first year, the second year of ownership I can maybe get 5 mini of heat from the left one. The right refuses to connect

Get these all set up at home and connected, get several miles out on the ice to fish and these stupid things wont connect or turn on. Waste of money.
App stinks!!!! Can’t move the dial!
I have tried over and over and the app is not controlled my insoles. It connects but I have no ability to change the temperature! I can’t believe I have to rely on the app and have no other option to turn on. The app isn’t working. Unless they fix bugs, don’t waste your money!!!!
