The app doesn’t sync with the website. I have saved watches on the website that do not show in the app. Also the app gives a consistent error message when signing in that the website does not. This is still after removing the app and redownloading it.

Unable to even log in

Very disappointed to not get past the create account stage, linking to my apple account and can’t get past the country and currency selection page, the app just crashes and I can’t get it to work…

Account required. Why?!

An unnecessary login requirement is frequently indicative of ulterior motives such as marketing and tracking under the guise of providing extra features like remote syncing and personalization (which should not act as a gatekeeper in this case). Since you can’t even get past the login screen, the app is all but unusable, and unusable apps should not be given more than 1 star.

Fun app

Great app for the watch obsessed. But the wear tracker is broken right now, today is Jan 1, 2026 and the date the app shows is December 1, 2025.

Excellent Clean App!

Extremely impressed with this app rarely do I waste my time writing any type of reviews, but the content in this app is very clean. The app works very very well and you can tell whoever is maintaining it. Let’s put a lot of work into it. Kudos to the 1916 Company.

Broken Watch Log

Can no longer log my watch wear. Only asks for images.

Rich

I don’t like it .Where are the videos available. Please change it back

Too cumbersome

It’s too many taps to add a watch, and not enough brands or models are recognized. I can’t manually add a Baltic Aquascaphe? Really?

You can’t add a watch brand

I couldn’t add Hamilton.

Registering impossible

Impossible to register since the screen will freeze when creating a login repeatedly

Nice app but frustrating to track wishlist watches

I’ve bought multiple watches and 1916 company is great. App doesn’t live up to the service.

Every time a watch is sold it should come off wishlist or mark as sold on wishlist. To click on it and have a not available is so frustrating.

Also scrolling doesn’t save position when looking at wishlist. Goes back to top and have to find position again!! Part of the fun is to track many watches. It you track more than 5 it is a SUPER frustrating experience.

Nice app with lots of features but doesn’t get basics right

When I go to the “Wishlist” it doesn’t 1) remember the scrolling location when I click on watches on my wish list and 2) watches that are sold should either automatically come off the wish list or get to the back of the list with the label “sold”. Hence managing the wish list is a chore and I use Chrono24 for my wish list. European Watch Company app does it really well (but not perfectly). Sold watches should go to the end and marked sold.

Trash

I click on a watch I like and it freezes and doesn’t load. Downloaded the update and it continues to fail. Literally defeats the purpose of the entire ap if I can’t click on a watch and see details. Don’t waste your time.

Requires an account? And doesn’t even have normal watches?

What’s the point?

App keeps crashing on my iPhone 14 pro max

App loads but then crashes when you try to log in

Completely unstable!

I downloaded and installed this app having saw it featured a number of YouTube videos. I’m not sure why but this app repeatedly crashed and is unable to display images of common pieces and from the limited experience seems very limited in content and user interaction in comparison with other Watch collecting software. Would not recommend!

Great App for staying up to date

The app is helpful for doing watch research and staying up to date on industry news.

Time to learn some geography

Hey guys it looks like you should fix your geography knowledge as my country is missing from the list and I can’t even finish the registration process. Cyprus is one of the oldest territory to host humans and part culture cradle (as extension of Greece pf course, not competing with Africa of course) and part pf EU. I understand that us people rarely know anything outside us, but YOU guys could do better.
