Digital access has gone crazy again
I am traveling out of country. Depending upon the Augusta Chronicle to keep me informed about what’s going on back home. Suddenly, I’m not able to even access my newspaper. There is no way to restore my purchase, no way to try to resubscribe.
New app.
How can I read the paper page by page, starting with the front page?

Why are there no local sports news? Most news is days old if sent at all.
Quality App
I like the app as I don’t always find time to complete all I need to do in a day. There are several ways to access what I need, and over time, I am discovering multiple ways to store the info for off line reading as I get those moments.

Really enjoy the online Chronicle
Since I live in a rural area and we have not had paper delivery in many years, the first thing I do is download the online version of the Augusta Chronicle . Now if I can figure out how to keep from spilling coffee all over my screen I will have it made. I really enjoy the online version because when I am through reading it does not clutter up space in my home!

The ads are obnoxious
The ads are obnoxious, I am paying to barely be able to find the news stories.
The worse newspaper in America.
Where is the front page of the Augusta Chronicle newspaper? I want to see the front page and flip through. This is awful!!

I can never eat the EPaper. It just will not come up. That’s how I like to read the paper.

APP apparently crashed.
Downloaded APP and I am now unable to get to my edition of the Augusta Chronicle. Screen selections all seem to lead to USA Today.
I am interested in my newspaper not a national edition.
Can you help me find out how to get the Augusta, Georgia, enewspaper back to my iPad?

Seriously lacking!
Seriously lacking in relevance, customer service! Costs way too much for late delivery, no news, no Sunday paper but charged for one- lots of furniture ads! Supervisors NEVER available! Customer service reps are sourced out to non English speaking persons. Used to be a decent source but for the past many years a steady decline into a dismal excuse for journalism. WILL NOT BE RENEWING MY SUBSCRIPTION!

Don’t Like
This new app is difficult to navagate compared to the previous app. I’m even thinking of canceling altogether because I’m not able to do what I want with this app.😞
Please fix
This new version does does not fit the screen. If you try to make it larger it is too large for the screen. If you try to make it smaller it is way too small. It only partially loads after many seconds or doesn’t load at all, not to mention it is not user friendly, but hard to navigate, if you can get to it at all.

Want to see pages of a newspaper
No landscape
It doesn’t have a landscape mode. Makes it hard to read the funny paper. Which is the main reason I have my subscription.
