I have had enough

I placed an order over a month ago and it is still “waiting to be processed “. Emails have been responded to quickly but no action taken. Lots of platitudes but no follow up. “ will let you know” no, you didn’t, “another couple of days” 6 days, 1 item sent, not 1 that was specifically ordered, other 90% still “waiting to be processed “. I will never, ever order from you again.
