Makes Life Easier!
Love the U/X of this app - the colors make it easy on the eyes and contrasted to read clearly, the features like transfer and mobile deposit add convenience to banking verification and tasks. I appreciate calling when needed and speaking to kind, helpful humans to back up the BOT app. Wouldn’t mind having the option to personalize quick buttons, to add mobile deposit. Happy with experience!

Sucks
The app sucks. Bank has options you can’t use. Randomly makes you change password but the app and it’s secured form to change address that it has available is just not allowed to use at this time. So much for progress.

Slow. Old app was better but now they’re trying to do too much

New online banking system
Really frustrated with the small print on the new online banking system
I realize you can “pinch” to make it larger but does not help much on phones or iPads

New update is terrible
It is so un-functional and slow because it’s loading a bunch of stuff you don’t need, and the way it displays the transactions is just not good. I’d rather have the old version even though they shut it down a lot

What happened ?
The app was already pretty simple before. After this update I had to update my biometrics, then the interface is super laggy and slow, and the mobile check deposit feature doesn’t auto detect the check and makes you hold the phone with one hand and tap the screen with the other to take the picture. Poor experience.
