Fantastic
Great
Poor service
Great home workout tool
The app is excellent value for money and affordable for almost anyone when you consider the cost per workout. Like any fitness app, though, you still need to put in the effort and press play—the app can guide and motivate you, but the results come from showing up consistently.
The recipes are a fantastic bonus, and I also love that you can choose between different trainers. Some days I feel like doing a calm yoga session with Lucy, other days I’ll work out with Joe, but most of the time I choose Leroy—the king of fun, motivation, and encouragement.
Another great feature is that the app keeps track of your progress with statistics and pictures, making it easy to see how far you’ve come.
Don’t wait—give the app a try. You won’t regret it!
Fantastic app
Encouraging!
I have tried the yoga, HIIT, dance cardio, core, and now weight lifting. It helps that he explains how workouts affect us busy parents, but how off the scale matters more.
So many fitness folks can be toxic, and I am where I am today because Joe and his team have such a positive, encouraging environment. Thank you!

The Motivation I Needed
Great Little App
The workouts with Joe are brilliant (although I do occasionally curse his name during the burpees!). They’re challenging, varied, and constantly push you forward without ever feeling repetitive. I’ve definitely become stronger, fitter, and more confident in my fitness.
Before starting, I considered myself reasonably fit. I’m a man in my 30s, went to the gym regularly, and walked the dog every day. But a poor diet had left me carrying a bit more timber than I’d have liked.
Having done some of Joe’s workouts years ago, I decided to start right at the beginning with the beginner cycles. It was a real eye-opener. Exercises that looked simple felt tough, and I quickly realised I wasn’t as fit as I thought I was.
Fast forward six months and six cycles, and the difference is huge. At the start of the year, I could manage just six box press-ups in 30 seconds. Yesterday, I completed 25 full press-ups in a minute. The programme works if you stick with it.
The recipes are another big plus. They’re tasty, straightforward, and easy to fit around a busy schedule.
The value for money is exceptional. The monthly or annual subscription is an absolute steal for what you get. I genuinely work up more of a sweat doing these workouts than I ever did with my £30+ a month gym membership, and I get to do it all from the comfort of my living room. It’s more convenient, more enjoyable, and, for me, far more effective.
The app is also very user-friendly once you’ve had a quick look around. My advice would be not to overthink it. Focus on one thing at a time. For me, that was simply getting the workouts done consistently and building from there.
There’s also loads of additional content from Joe and the wider team, including live sessions and extra workouts. I’ve mainly stuck to the cycles so far, and the five workouts a week provide more than enough challenge, but it’s great to know there’s plenty more to explore.
I’m already looking forward to the next six months. A huge well done to Joe and the entire Body Coach team for creating something that genuinely delivers results in a positive, sustainable, and enjoyable way. It’s helped me become fitter, stronger, and healthier, and I can’t wait to see where the next six cycles take me.
Review
It would also be great if you could mark workouts differently colours/numbers - keep the favourite but also a not for me - so you know which ones aren’t your faves. Or rate them. Same with recipes.
