Friendly, Fun and Welcoming
The Body Training Studio staff are great, I personally love to do the wide variety of classes, you don’t realise how hard you are working because they make them so enjoyable. They also have all the equipment you will need to get yourself fit. I really appreciate how personal it can feel too, if I need advise or help with equipment or technique there is always a member of fully qualified staff to explain and help. If I’m heading to work after my workout I am able to take advantage of the shower facilities provided, again, they have a personal touch offering shampoo, deodorant etc if you forget your own. I can highly recommend the BTS for all your fitness needs.

Makes booking and cancelling classes up to a week ahead so easy. On the very rare occasion it’s not working you realise what a pain it is without it!
