“Lost” my order
I placed an order for delivery, I was charged and given a confirmation number. It was over 20 minutes after the delivery time and I still didn’t have my food, so I called, and they told me they had no record of my order.
They offered to send the food out, but the delivery driver had no clue about this “technical issue”, and was asking me how I wanted to pay for the food THAT I ALREADY PAID FOR.
