You can also create a custom routine with your own reminder message. - Reminders on your schedule: Choose the days and times that suit you, preview your reminders, and pause or change them whenever you like. Routine reminders take the place of general nudges while they’re active. - Backup & restore: Create a password-protected, encrypted backup of your journal pages, moods, custom moods, drafts, and more. Save it somewhere you choose and restore it on another device. Backups are manual, so you decide when to make a copy. - Journal lock: Add privacy with your device’s biometrics or passcode. Your Burrow locks again when you leave the app. - Find your words: Open Pages from the calendar to search your writing and filter entries by template. Searches stay on your device. - Care behind the scenes: Improved draft recovery, update reliability, and custom-mood saving, along with clearer companion messages and translations across all nine supported languages.
