Can’t log in using gmail
Despite subscribing to the magazine, I am unable to use this app. Magster wants me to pay additional money to use the app version of the magazine. I find it ridiculous because I have subscribed to online and physical copies of the magazine, and now, I can’t use the app because it refuses to let me log in.

Unable to access the magazines
I recently purchased a subscription for the magazine. After reading on the internet for a while I decided to download the app for convenience. However, every time I try to access the magazine issues, I encounter an error that says: “You are not authorised to read this. Please contact us.”
I’m unsure what “contact us” refers to, so I’m leaving this review in the hope that the right team will see it and resolve the issue. I would appreciate assistance in fixing this so I can access the content I subscribed for.

Website subscription not recognized
I have the subscription through the website of the magazine but it is still not letting me access it.
Does not work in India
If you are an Indian subscriber, this app will not work for you. I wrote in to The Caravan (India) asking why and they mentioned this is not their app. But its the same logo and magazine covers. Strange and misleading.
please change the interface
Please update the interface of the 'Caravan Magazine App' as it was unable to restore purchases and log in to my existing account.
Not opening
The app does not open just paid for subscription. This is unfair.
Great content but issues are late
The content really stands out for its journalistic rigour but the issues show up in my app quite late every month. Would be good if they showed up in the app the day they were published.
August, 2023 month magazine is not available in the app
In the caravan app, I don’t see the august month magazine which is visible in the your caravanmagazine.in Please update.
Excellent journalism, horrible app
The app simply doesn’t work. It asked me to register but my subscription isn’t working. I can’t read any articles, or put in the details for my account. Really wish this would get fixed. I love the Caravan but without access to the articles through a flagship app or Apple News, it’s a little inconvenient on the go.

Broken app
Bought a subscription through the app, but the sign up / sign in function doesn’t work and the app does not let you read the magazine or the issues unless you sign in. I requested Apple for a refund, this does not work for me at all.

Purchased magazine but not able to download

Paid already but can’t login to read
I paid to read a magazine but when I want to read that magazine it said to login first but when I start to login it is not allowing me to create login page. Now I have paid already but cannot read the magazine.
Can’t access the latest issue
I use subscribed but can’t access the November and December issues. The latest issue in the app is Oct2021. Please help.
Can’t sign in for the magazine
I’ve already purchased a Caravan subscription through its website. When I downloaded the app, the only account I could log into was magzter. Since I didn’t have any, I made one. But now there’s no option to access my Caravan subscription, I have to purchase a new one. Please fix this ASAP!

I have a subscription to which I’m able to login through the website. I also receive a physical copy of the magazine. Strangely, the app does not allow a subscriber to login and read online.
Same detail missing in App
If only Caravan uses the same detail while writing stories , to at least let users login the app using same ID and password !!

Subscription does not update
And no way to contact customer service!
No search tab
The UI is not user friendly. There is no search bar one has to scroll endlessly to locate the concerned articles. This is a basic flaw in the app. Please amend it.
