Horrible
Downloaded this app and it had a free fry and drink with purchase of a large or king sandwich but when I try to redeem it says conditions not met. I have tried adding different things, different ways, logging out and back in, deleting app and still doesn’t work

Fix the app or delete it.

I have over a 100 points no reward has ever popped up I complain, no response, the app is pointless
App doesn’t work
I cannot login! It goes to the login page but there is no place to enter any information! So I go to signup and it says there is already an account! Also it needs to have the option for “No Sauce”! This is why I can’t use the App or the website! This is There is also no place to send a message!
No credit
Last two visits, I’ve used the app and ordered a total of 7 large sandwiches. App says I’m 0/100 rewards…
Poorly written App
Sandwiches are great. But the menu doesn’t even show each sandwich. Neither are the contents of each sandwich listed. This App needs much work.

I can’t even pay for my food with this app, it shouldn’t feel like a drag to place a order!!!

I visited the store in San Jose California on Monterey Road and the delicious sandwiches were delicious lol like I said I’m just iffy about using your app

This clunky app only links you to the mobile site. Better to just use a browser…
Scam offer for free combo but app and store won’t honor it.
Scam to download app sign in window offered free combo meal but the app says unredernable and the store manager says it’s a known issue.
App is missing store locations
Downloaded the app to order some food from my CSS Store in Milpitas, CA and the location wasn’t available. I manually searched for the location and no joy. I’m sure that there are other locations missing.
Please review see what can be done to get this app to cover all locations.
